Shipping policy

Our shipping timing for ready to wear articles will be 1-1.5 week and made to order article will be 4-7 weeks or more depending on design after payment confirmation and availability of slot or it will be informed on order confirmation, any unforeseen delays will be informed accordingly. There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or may be any undefined reason.

Delays may extend to 5–7 working days or more due to unpredictable circumstances, as our articles are entirely handmade and manually crafted. In case of delays caused by unforeseen situations, law and order conditions, or any other undefined reasons, advance deposits are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled. Since the production relies solely on human handwork which cannot be expedited, timelines may fluctuate and cannot be claimed or contested monetarily or legally.

PKR 2000 or 4000 courier postage is charged within Pakistan as per the average weight of article and box packaging.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select. We take no responsibility it there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
