Refund policy

All orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Exchanges for ready-to-wear items are allowed only if wrong size is delivered and if the desired size is available. Any requests for RTW exchange must be reported within 3 days of purchase; claims made after this period will not be entertained. Please note that all sales are final, and monetary refunds are not offered.

Refund & Cancellation 

At Sparkwear, we primarily deal in handmade custom articles. Each piece is created specifically according to the customer’s preferences including design, size, and tailoring details. Because every order is individually crafted and often made for the first time based on a client’s request  the production timeline may vary from the initially communicated timeframe.

In some cases once the production process begins, the complexity of the design or manual craftsmanship involved may require additional time to complete the piece. As all articles are handmade and personalized such timeline fluctuations are a natural part of the process and cannot always be predicted or controlled in advance.

Therefore advance deposits are strictly non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Since each item is tailored and customized for the specific client, it cannot be reassigned or resold.

By placing an order with Sparkwear, customers acknowledge and agree that production timelines may vary due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and such variations do not qualify for cancellation or refund claims.
