Shipping Policy

Our shipping timing for ready to wear articles will be 1-1.5 week and made to order article will be 3-4 weeks or more depending on design after payment confirmation and availability of slot or it will be informed on order confirmation, any unforeseen delays will be informed accordingly. There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or may be any undefined reason. The delay can further go up to 5-7 working days or more due to unpredictable situations.

PKR 1000/- courier postage is charged within Pakistan as per the average weight and box packaging.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select. We take no responsibility it there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
